Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
1. Right of withdrawal
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are excluded from returns.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Notebooks with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any decrease in value of the goods if this decrease in value is attributable to handling them in a manner not necessary for testing their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. Finally, reach out to your bank, as there may also be processing times.

4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase amount when returning the item. Once the returned item has been received by us, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gifting person, the refund will be issued to the gifting person, who will then be informed about the return.

You must bear the shipping costs for the return yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive at your location may vary depending on the country.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, you should consider a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
