1. Shipping
The delivery of the goods is only available in Europe.
Shipping costs: Free shipping
The processing may take up to 5 business days.
*May vary with differing tax rates.
If shipping occurs in several stages for technical or logistical reasons, we of course only charge the shipping cost contribution once.
For orders in the business sector, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping price, as shipping is based on weight.

2. Delivery of Download Products
For download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium), there are no shipping costs.
These products can be downloaded from the customer account. Delivery takes place within 1 hour after the contract is concluded (for prepayment after your payment instruction).
You will also be informed via email about the deployment.
3. Delivery deadlines
For custom-made goods, the creation of the proof template will take place within 3-7 days after the contract is concluded. The delivery of the goods will occur within 30 days after the approval of the proof template, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery will take place:
- Within the country (Germany) within 7-10 days.
- For international deliveries within 10-15 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If items with different delivery times are ordered, we will ship them in a single shipment. In this case, the longest delivery time determines the entire order.
4. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal (Credit Card)
- Amazon Payments
- Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)
- Payment by credit card
- Giropay
- Apple Pay
- Klarna invoice purchase
- EPS (only from Austria)
Upon payment by credit card, your account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If the purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The item must be in its original packaging.
Gift vouchers are excluded from returns.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. Once approved, the credit will be issued to the original payment method.
- Notebooks with obvious signs of use
- Articles that are damaged or incomplete
- Items returned after 30 days
6. Exchange
A exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. Please email us to initiate the exchange and send the item to:

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase amount when returning it. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the person who purchased the gift.

You have to bear the return shipping costs yourself, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to arrive at your location may vary depending on your residence.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
